AK Interactive the Inks - Light Wood (AK16053)

Light Wood is a warm, pale timber tone from AK Interactive's The Inks range — an intense, transparent, water-based acrylic ink for glazing and shading rather than flat colour. It's the shade for pale timber, wicker and warm highlights that need building up gradually.

Best for

• Glazing pale wood, crates and wicker detail
• Shading warm highlights over a lighter base
• Tinting sand, straw and dry foliage tones

Applied in thin layers it warms a base colour without overpowering it, so it's easy to control on delicate wood grain and basing detail.
